Managing Your Reports

 
How to open the Reports Manager
 
To open the Reports Manager, select the REPORTS on the main toolbar. A list of previously saved reports will be shown.
 
 
 
Searching for reports
 
 
To search for a report, type any text into the search window on the main toolbar. Any report name, description, type  or information matching the text will appear in the filtered view. You do not have to type in complete words, the search will pull back all reports containing any of the text that you type.
 
A message below the list of reports informs you how many reports are in view. It will indicate here If you have filtered the report list with a search.
 
To remove the search text, click on the X in the search window:
 
Sorting reports
Click on the ‘sort ascending / descending’ arrows at the top of the Name, Description, Type or Date field. The Report Manager will sort the available list on any field that you sort on. You can even sort on the filtered search results. You can only sort on one field at a time.
 
Browsing reports
The Name, Details, Modified Date and Information on each report is available to view in the list.
 
Opening an existing report
To open any scenario, left-click on the report name. The report will open.
 
Create new report
There are two ways of creating new reports. You can click on the button in the report manager view or create reports from the scenario manager view.
